2. What data do we process and for what purpose?
We process the personal data you voluntarily provide when you contact us or hire our services, for the following purposes:

We do not process special categories of data, nor do we carry out profiling with legal effects on the user.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you contact us voluntarily and when you accept analytics cookies.
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to manage the rental you request.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): to respond to your enquiries and ensure the proper functioning of the website.
- Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): to meet tax and accounting obligations arising from the activity.
4. How long do we keep your data?
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any liabilities (in particular, tax and commercial retention periods). Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship will be deleted when it is no longer needed.
5. Who do we share your data with?
No data will be transferred to third parties, except where legally required. However, to provide certain services we use providers that act as data processors:
- Google (Google Analytics) — statistical analysis of the website, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, relying on the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US adequacy framework).
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the communication is additionally governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.
- Web hosting provider — responsible for the technical storage of the website, with servers in the European Union.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to davidbotia365@gmail.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your identity document:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction of processing.

The controller adopts the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data, and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in line with the state of the art.
8. Accuracy of data
The user guarantees that the data provided is true, accurate and up to date, and is responsible for notifying any changes. The user shall be liable for any false or inaccurate information they provide.
